Are you having a plan building home in Allerdale? Here the Allerdale Borough Council has organised for a free event on Thursday – November 1, 2018 at SEN Centre, Lakes College, Hallwood Road, Lillyhall Business Park, Workington, Cumbria CA14 4JN. The event will begin at 5 pm in the evening and is open to all who want to build own home in Allerdale borough. Even the local businesses in the industry can take part in the event and make an exhibition stand to display their services.
The event will have various speakers and representatives of the building industry (self build & custom build). Those who want building a new home or started construction, can get advice and guidance from the experts at the event.
You can meet and interact with Council’s housing policy, planning and building control teams’ representatives, Finance specialists, Architects and Construction trade businesses. They will be available on the day to answer all your queries on the self build process.
Executive member for housing – Councillor Carni McCarron-Holmes will be present on the event day and give a speech. She said that the event is a wonderful opportunity for those who are thinking of building own home or who want to know information on it and they can join the event and raise their queries.
