Free event at Langtree Park to inspire the future workforce

A free event will be held at Langtree Park to inspire the workforce of the future. The innovative event by St.Helens College will be on 23 October, Thursday, from 10AM to 7PM. The free event hosted by St.Helens Skills-Show-Experience, is sponsored by St.Helens Rugby League FC and St.Helens Star with St.Helen’s Council. They form part of the Skill-Show-Experience event which the National Careers Service and European Social Fund support.

Young people and adults from St. Helens and also boroughs neighbouring it, will be able to meet employers of established and prestigious firms from across the region. Educational training and employment opportunities available, will be presented by leading groups, like the Whitbread Group, Peel Port, Barclays, Merseyside Police, the Royal Navy and many more. The free event will be providing impartial career advice, guidance and information on a wide range of sectors from all over UK. They will also join in interactive and fun activities, and learn about the various potential career paths.
