There has been free entry to the Family Fun Day organised by The Children’s Adventure Farm Trust on Sunday – September 23, 2018 at Booth Bank Farm, Reddy Lane, Millington, Cheshire, WA14 3RE. The event is being scheduled between 1 pm to 5 pm.

The Children’s Adventure Farm Trust is a children’s charity based at 17th century’s Booth Bank Farm in Cheshire. They offer various programmes suitable for all ages, abilities and backgrounds for disabled, disadvantaged and terminally ill children across the North West. So the farm is a special magical place which brings happy times for special children and they are encouraged to enjoy more with their new friendship and forget all sorrows.

This open day event is a wonderful day out for families and children and the charity raised an amount of £6000 last year with the visitors of 1200.

The day will have lots to see, enjoy which includes live music, tombola, face painting, fairground, inflatables & rides, games, various stalls, tea tent, BBQ & Hogroast, icecream & cakes, classic cars and many more.

There will be Cheshire Vintage Tractor’s nostalgic vehicles and Tameside Classic Cars and you can enjoy the mascots race where the mascots from different regions will be taking part. 99th Garrison’s Stormtroopers and Patrons including comedians John Bishop from Runcorn, John Thomson and Jason Manford are also taking part in the event. This is a open day and there is no need to book, just turn up for the event and enjoy the fun.

For running the event, the charity appeals for sponsors to meet the expenses. Community Fundraiser – Rob Bashforth said that they are holding various fundraising events, but the Family Fun Day is a great community gathering event which gives a chance to get together to celebrate and enjoy at the adventure farm.
