The Ascot Racecourse is offering free entry to the venue for racegoers coming on Valentine’s Day. The Grandstand Admission tickets will be offered free, as complimentary to them, to celebrate fifty years of Jumps racing on 14th of February,Saturday. The organisers plan to pay rich tributes the racecourse’s rich history at an event supported by Racing UK.
This is the first time that the course has hosted such an event. Paul Nicholas, former jockey and also leading trainer here, will share his thoughts and plans at the venue. Historic moments will be shown on the big screens at the course and track. Simultaneously, punters will be hoping to find a new star out of the races hosted on the Valentines Day’s scheduled 7 top-class races. Featured also will be one of the best established Betfair Ascot Chase race events. The event is seen as a final outing for animals preparing for the subsequent Ryanair Chase, or may for Champion Chase, all slated later in the year. The Ascot Racecourse which was founded in 1711, has enjoyed over thirty yeas of Flat Racing. The first jumps were hosted on the Berkshire tracks only in 1965, after the closure of the local venue Hurst Park. This racecourse has hosted some great jump racing events over the years.
Grandstand admission will be free, however couples can enjoy the Valentine’s Couple Package, that is inclusive of Premier Admission tickets, which will cost £10 per person. The free tickets to Grandstand Admission should be be booked in advance, but a maximum of 2 per person is only allowed. Those under 18 years of age get free entry to all the events.
