There has been a free taster session on fencing organised by Stourbridge Fencing Club on Friday – December 28, 2018 at Stourbridge’s Crystal Leisure Centre, Bell St, Stourbridge DY8 1AE. The session will take place between 1 pm to 5 pm.
The Stourbridge Fencing Club is located at Pedmore Technology College Grange Ln, Stourbridge DY9 7HS, UK and it is a friendly informal club having trained members participated in various open competitions, national and international events. The club is training from beginners with an introductory course to experienced fencers by their excellent coaches. Even visitors are also welcome.
The club wants to boost up their ranks in this festive season by organising a demo and free taster session. Anyone interested aged above 8 years are invited to try out fencing. Fencing is open to people of all ages & abilities which helps to improve life skills.
The club members will meet every Thursday at Pedmore Technology College, Grange Lane at school term time. The juniors between 8-11 years will be taught at 6.30 pm and 12-18 years at 7.30 pm in addition to seniors. The club is planning to start their beginners courses from January 10, 2019. The club has trained many members over the years.
