A free dance workshop called Street Impact will be held on Saturday (18th July) taking over the street Amanda Way, from 12:00pm to 1:00pm. The session will be led by the Britain’s Got Talent star, British Popper Alex Mechanikool Peters, along with music by DJ Biznizz. The free dance session will be kicked off at the Big Screen at Plymouth and the general public in Plymouth, of all ages, can join in funky dance phases and have great fun.
Watch the dancers freestyle or dancers create their own moves. This dance workshop Street Impact offers an experience, connecting young people this summer from London, Leeds and Plymouth. Young people are urges to take up positive and creative activity. The free workshop gives them the opportunity to meet professionals in dance, music and art. The session is produced by Scanner’s Inc, partnering Street Factory Studio and Plymouth Dance. The event will be continued with free workshops in dance and graffiti, plus professional demonstrations. There’s a freestyle dance party from 2:00pm to 6:00pm at Plymouth School of Creative Arts, for young people. For people of ages from 10 to 21, all the events are free.
