1) Free Cookery Workshop at Barnfield Primary School
There has been a free workshop on “Save a Crust” organized on Thursday – January 31, 2019 at Barnfield Primary School, 18 Silkstream Road, Edgware HA8 0DA. The event will be held between 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm and organized by Keep Britain Tidy and North London Waste Authority.
Keep Britain Tidy has been initiated by North London Waste Authority to provide various free cookery workshops hosted by local schools and that aims to reduce bread waste at home.
The workshop will start with a demonstration of making delicious bread, butter pudding which will be done by professional chefs. You can get a chance to taste yummy bread croutons and panzanella salad. You can also come to know tips on making bread that lasts for long time, bread based recipes and food waste reductions tools.
The chefs are experienced in running such cookery workshops and so you bring all your queries and get clarified with them. The workshops are mainly aimed on adults still you can bring your younger ones.

2) Free Live Cookery Demonstration
There has been a free live Cookery Demonstration held on Saturday – February 2, 2019 at Hollywood Green, 180 High Road, London N22 6EJ. The workshop will be held between 11 am to 3 pm and organized by Keep Britain Tidy and North London Waste Authority.
UK households are wasting around 24 million bread slices daily as per the statistics by WRAP. Come along to the live demo and know how to avoid bread wastage.
A team of special waste-less chefs will be cooking delicious bread based food and you can taste them for free and also they offer free tools to reduction of food wastage. You can come along with your family and know how to cook delicious food without wasting food.
