An exciting opportunity is opened by Cinnamon Square Bakery where primary children are able to learn bread baking for free. This bakery at Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, offers the free baking classes to local primary schools in the area. Pride owner of the bakery, Paul Barker said that the classes will prove very helpful to the children. Children aged 9-11 can absorb other things, apart from their studies. To provide a more interactive session, the class is limited to 15 numbers. Teachers can also take part in the sessions and get writer information of baking so that children can refresh their skill in schools. He ensured future support too.

Being a member of Real Bread campaign, he tries to pass their baking knowledge to the next generation. They will explain about gluten development, yeast and carbon dioxide. The classes will be held at the ‘Makery’, a part of the shop premises. A 70-seater coffee shop and the bakery are included in the double fronted shop premises of the baker. He had experience working as a craft baker for seven years, at Campden BRI for four years, in product development at McVitie’s for two years and Puratos for nine years.

His wife Tricia takes care of marketing and other things. They have 25 staff working for them. At bakery children’s parties are arranged five days a week.
