A free cycling event is being organised on 12th August, Wednesday, in the Centenary Square, starting from 12:30PM and running up to 6:00PM, at Bradford city. This is part of the cycling festivals being conducted throughout West Yorkshire. Cyclists from across Bradford district have been invited to the free event which includes interactive elements, advice on bike maintenance and some fun too, at the Go:cycling Cyclefest.
Visitors to the free event can see three BMX stunt displays, try out adapted cycles, jump on cycle smoothie maker, Bling the Bike with accessories and also take part in a parade. Carl Tinson, the project manager of the Go:cycling event said the festival is a wonderful way to bring both beginners and experienced cyclists together, into a truly interactive day, providing motivation and encouragement to get more people on to bikes and healthy lifestyle.
