Kate Russell, the tech journalist who appears in BBC’s tech programme Click, will talk at Cloud UK Live event, on 7th March in Manchester. Russell is also author of two Sci-Fi books too. The free event by UK Fast, has a line-up that includes Paul Papadimitrious, technology strategist, with Edwrd Whittingham, MD, Business Fraud Prevention Partnership and Chris Folkerd, the director of enterprise technology at UKFast. Cloud UK Live has twin events running. One on 7th March, Wednesday in Manchester and the other on 14th March, Wednesday, at London’s Euston Square.
At the free event, attendees will get at the end the opportunity to book an appointment for a free consultation and server analysis, with UKFast Cloud Doctor. The event will focus on the growth of data, cloud automation and security, GDPR and green cloud tech. Jonathan Bowers, MD for Enterprise at UKFast, is co-hosting the event along with his colleague Arlene Bulfin, the director of people development.
Cloud UK Live is partnering with HPE Cloud28+, which is an open community of cloud solution providers, service providers, systems integrators, ISVs, distributors and government agencies involved in pushing Cloud adoption across the world. Bowers said collaboration is key to attaining their long term goal of making Manchester the No.1 city and its exciting to bring together at the event, some amazing speakers, to share their knowledge and give as many people advise.
