Two City Family Day events are to take place at the City Football Academy (in Greater Manchester), before Manchester FC plays home games against Newcastle and Leicester. The pre-match fun will get underway on weekend home match days of the Premier League, of the City Football Academy, at its indoor pitch, coming up on 20th January, a Saturday (vs Newcastle) and on 10th February, a Saturday (vs Leicester).
The event hosted at the Etihad Stadium, starts 3 hours before the kick-off of the match. Junior fans and their families can join the 2-hour event, where they have the opportunity to take part in football skill games, open to all ages and also play on the indoor pitch. They can learn about the history of the Club and meet Club mascots. They also get the chance to win exclusive prizes and can join a ‘march to the match’ before the kick-off. No food or drink are allowed into the indoor pitch. Tickets for Premier League matches are to be purchased separately (subject to availability).
