A range of exciting competitions and free activities await the children of Chester throughout this summer, at the Grosvenor Shopping Centre, from 27 July to 1 September. Chester’s leading shopping centre will be encourageing children to join the world of LEGO in a ‘PLAY.BUILD.EXPLORE’ event with travel-themed LEGO brick figures involved.

They can explore themes allowing them to discover icons of adventure, via life-sized LEGO brick figures, that includes, amongst many others, depiction of Bear Grylls and Rio carnival, the Egyptian Pharaoh Tutankhamun and a Milan fashion show.

Kids looking out for Eric and Ellie, The Grosvenor Shopping Centre’s own explorers, get a chance to win LEGO prizes. The centre’s huge LEGO brick pit will allow children to build their own models that can be shred online through the social channels of the shopping centre.

Julie Webb, the centre manager, said it is going to be exciting for kids during their summer holidays and hoped the free event can give parents a way to treat their children with activities that foster the sense of adventure and will see customers encourage their cildren.
