A charity organization calling all over 55s for free gym coaching

Gym CoachingThe charity organization known by the name Age UK Barnet has been calling out to all people who are over 55 years of age to join a gym open day being conducted in Finchley totally free of cost the coming week.

The fitness centre called David Lloyd which is located in High Street in Finchley will throw its door open to all people who are 55 years and above from 11 o’clock in the morning of Tuesday the 10th of July as a part of the Age UK’s Gym Open Day 2012.

Those people who are above 55 years of age and who are interested have the option of selecting their regime from a variety of gym facilities and coaching classes that would be made available to them and this would also include yoga.

This move called Open Day Gym is a national initiative that is trying to induce as many people over 55 years of age to participate what with the Olympic fitness fever reaching its pinnacle.

Other than just trying to incite people to enhance their fitness, the charity organization, Age UK will also arrange for counselling to be provided to the visitors on topics like health, comfort and happiness.
