The music festival Nashville Meets London, will be pulling in some of the best Country music artists from both the USA and the UK, to the Canada Square Park at Canary Wharf. The free event is to take place on 28th and 29th of July and this year’s line-up for the event is tightly under wraps. Expect to hear more in the following weeks. The music event is a co-production of Canary Wharf Arts+Events with BBC Radio 2 County, the Peter Conway Management with The AristoMedia Group, a Nashville based agency. The artistic program consultant is Chris Country DJ.

It was in 2016 that Nashville Meets London was launched with performances from Logan Mize, Logan Brill, Megan O’Neill, Ty Herndon, Yola Carter, Hannah Rose Platt, Honey Rider, Pauper Kings and William the Conqueror. The line-up for last year (2017) had Saturday night headlined by Russel Dickerson and Sunday night was headlined by Lucie Silvas. It also had Jo Smith, Wildwood Kin, Raintown, Kevin McGuire, Sam outlaw, Angaleena Presley, Ashley Campbell and Flats & Sharp. After their performances, many artists joined a free meet-and-greets and signed up for those queuing up with their merchandise and albums

All those who like to attend the free event can just turn up anytime throughout the weekend.. People can bring food and drink to the event, or have picnics with family and friends. Otherwise, there is a bar on site serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and food stalls too. Surrounding the area are shops and restaurants also.
