At the University of Sussex, spread over the months of May and June, and throughout the Summer Term, some Gi Gong for Exam Stress Relief workshops will be held. The workshop session is specifically to study sourced stress and to relieve, release exam stress. These simple exercises will also help remove emotional tension and general work related stress. Presence Practices and Taoist Meditation Workshops will also be run over the Autumn and Spring terms. Everybody is welcome. There are no student or university requirements and the workshops are free.
