All things American to be celebrated at Red Feather Club, Horham

A free event to celebrate American Day will be held at the Red Feather Club in Horham next month. This is the second celebration of all things American by the club, which will be held on Sunday, 5th July, from 10:00am to 4:00pm, at the club. It includes living history groups from a range of periods, plus fashion, militaria , classic American cars, hot rods, display of military vehicles and automobile trade stalls. Besides American style food and refreshment being offered, there will be also live music. The Baker Boy, Three Bits of Rhythm, Big Boy Boogle, Andy AV8 and guests will be featuring in a DJ Jamboree.

The club is open form May to October, on the last Sunday of each month, often open on Saturdays too, usually when the flag is flying. A number of other events are held during the year that includes quizzes, 40s dancing and film screenings.
