The Colchester Rock Choir is offering a free taster session to members of the public to give them a chance to join the choir. If you are new to group singing and hesitant to join a choir, come in for the free taster session on 1st October, Wednesday. Daniel Ribbits, the local musician who leads the Colchester Rock Choir, will help anyone to take that brave step of joining a choir. He will make it as easy as possible and give you the opportunity to have the free taster session and will later chat with you about singing and the rock choir, which is the leading group in community singing. So come as a guest and try you voice for free at the Brinkley-Grove Primary School, Colchester. The doors are open from 6:00pm to 9:30pm.
The free choir taster sessions were started 9 years back and the experience to give people the chance to try join the choir without an audition or need to read music. The choir is open to all ages. The branches of Rock Choir in Essex have got together to perform incredible events, such as one in the O2 Arena seating 20,000. Or for community events such as the Essex music and food fest. It has also attempted many times at the Guinness World Record.
