Free Nordic walking taster sessions being held in Exeter city

Free Nordic walking taster sessions are being held in Exeter city in the county of Devon for Nordic walking course. The sessions will be lasting for 45 minutes towards enabling participants to experience Nordic walking while also learning a few techniques about this sports activity. Nordic walking can be described as a kind of an adventure walk activity involving cross country walking with the help of long poles that resemble ski sticks.

The first of the free taster sessions will take place on Tuesday, the 12th of August, 2014 between 10 am to 12 noon, at the National Trust Killerton venue located at Broadclyst in Exeter. The remaining taster sessions are also being held in Exeter at various locations during the 10th, 16th and 26th of September, 2014 as also the 8th and 15th of October, 2014.
