Thousand free tickets are available for people wishing to attend the Drumhead service held during the national commemoration of Scotland on Sunday, the 10th of August, 2014 at 10:30 am. The event assumes significance with the fact that it marks the centenary year of World War I outbreak during 1914 August. On the Edinburgh Castle Esplanade, a multi-faith service will be held replicating those at the warfront, like 100 years ago, along with drums, neatly piled with draped colors, as per the legacy of military tradition. Subsequently, the military bands will be parading down to the Holyrood Park memorial. Free tickets are being issued on a FIFO basis with a ten tickets maximum limit per person.
