The Stratton Festival 2014 is getting underway this Saturday, on the 19th of July, 2014 at 12:00 noon, and promises a great many things including family entertainment, with the venue being the Grange Leisure, situated off Grange Drive in Stratton, Swindon. This annual festival promises to be a fun-packed day with fabulous activities such as children’s funfair, live music, colouring competitions, drama workshops, craft stalls, tea tents, grand raffle, hot-dogs, burgers, ice-creams, vintage vehicles and more to delight the crowds.
Additionally, on 26 July, 2014, Saturday, the free music festival, Stratton Stroll, is being held, with music kicking off right from midday to late evening. Entry is free for all at the festival venues with absolute entertainment guaranteed, with something for everybody. All people, young and old, are invited to participate in all the free events. The Stratton annual festival as well as the Stratton Stroll is being organized by the Stratton’s parish council in co-ordination with the local community groups and business establishments.
