Free event at Stansted to help tourism, jobs and business

A new free event is being organised by Stansted Airport’s Chamber of Commerce and Sowerby Groups. It will take place on 5th June, Thursday, at the Diamond Hanger of Stansted Airport, supported by Herts & Essex Observer and Cambridge News. All are welcome to attend the free event called ‘Check-in@Stansted’. Members of the public, business people, job-seekers, tourists, even company representatives wanting to relocate or network. All can participate.

The event will be officially opened by Sir Alan Haselhurst, MP from Utllesford, and Andrew Harrison, managing director of Stansted Airport. Sponsorship is by the airport owners Manchester Airport Group, the media company Local World, the Radisson Blu Hotel and Uttlesford District Council. There will be seminars and talks by speakers drawn from the London Stansted Cambridge Consortium, UK Trade & Investment East, Visit Essex, Ryanair and easyJet. There are many exhibitors at the event too.
