Free health event for those over 50s

A free event for the health and wellbeing of seniors, who are 50 years and over, will be held at the Christchurch Hall, which is on London Road, St.Leonards, organised by the Hastings and St.Leonards Seniors Forum. Various health organisations and professionals will participate in the event on Thursday (15 May), starting from 10am and ending at 2pm. Health Watch will be there to give advice. The Diabetic Association and representatives of the community nursing team will offer a variety of information. The opening honours will be done by Pam Brown, president of the forum.
