Free career fair at the Keepmoat Stadium

Doncaster Council’s Communities Area Teams along with Professional Footballers Association and Doncaster Rovers will conduct a free recruitment event on 16 January between 3pm and 6pm at the Keepmoat Stadium. Courses and apprenticeships will be offered so that both adults and youngsters can make decision to take up education, training and employment.

Doncaster Council reports that its team has worked closely with Rovers to distribute invitation to all. Awareness of community events will also be held on the same day. According to Ros Jones, Mayor of Doncaster, this is a wonderful chance for people to get help and support regarding work opportunities. People with family can walk in to the event and discuss with providers about ways of getting back to work.

Doncaster Rovers will offer first 200 attendees with a free match ticket for the home match to be played against Wigan Athletic on 18 January. Doncaster Business Month which is scheduled to take place after the free Careers Fair will run throughout February this year.
