Huddersfield Town Enterprise Academy along with Kirklees College will stage a free event- “Buy Kirklees”. This business event in the new year, will see 5 panelists arguing the case for buying locally.
The free business event will be staged at the college’s new building at Chapel Hill, the Waterfront Building, on 19 February, a Wednesday, at noon. The panel’s discussion will focus on how both public and private sectors making procurements should be more accessible to local companies, with also the opportunity to ask questions at the session. After the panelists talk at the free event on how they are buying locally and how they can help, there will be a presentation – “Connecting Businesses” by Microsoft.
