National Centre for Mental Health will organise a free event to raise awareness on mental health. There will be guest talk show, performance theatre, art and comedy. iPad Mini will be given away as a Christmas gift.
Squishy brains and zombies too will be part of the party. theSprout will display a stand with creative writings of young people that has helped them deal with their mental health problems. Also, some of the mental health organisation in Wales will have few stalls installed. Interested persons also get a chance to participate in mental health research to improve lives of people.
