Same Sky, the community art charity of Brighton will conduct a free event, Burning the Clocks on 21 December 2013. During the event, the people of Brighton & Hove will make lanterns out of paper and willow, take it through the city and finally pass it on to the fire to burn on the beach celebrating the end of the year.
There will be family lantern procession comprising of fireworks show and massive fire when a sculpture is ignited. Live music plays too will be held. Burning the Clock was for the first time created in the year 1994 to show oneness and equality among all faith and creed. The event at Brighton is open for all irrespective of their ages. So, make yourself present for the event there.
