To commemorate the year’s National Fitness Day a women’s fitness club is providing free workout session the coming week.
The “Empowering Half Hour” programme is a being arranged by the Energie Fitness for women wherein the club would urge people visiting the club the coming week to sweat it out for a whole 30 minutes totally free of cost.
The Mayor of the city councillor, Eileen Harris has also been warmly invited to the exercise session and the main objective of this event is to concentrate on fitness and keeping in shape to assist people start off on a healthier way of life.
The Manager of the club, Mr. Callum Hill stated that it was the ideal period of the year to consider getting fit and thanks to the National Fitness Day all people of varied capabilities would be given the opportunity to get going with a healthier and new way of life.
He said that they would be happy to receive all people who may be interested in joining them on the National Fitness Day, motivated by some people and help the festivities of fitness get off to a great start throughout the UK. Guests were also requested to contribute to the Teenage Cancer Trust.
The Mass participation Events Manager, Mr, Kerry Johns stated that sport and getting fit were the themes that summer, and that it was a terrific chance for everyone to become motivated by sport and start trying to enhance their fitness.
He went on to say that they were able to understand the significance of being in shape by both mind and body at the teenage Cancer Trust, and that it was the reason that the whole team was thrilled about the fitness day so that the whole country would start contemplating about health.
The club would offer a half hour course for ladies of any age with any level of capabilities. This programme would commence on Friday the 28th of September at 12 noon and the venue would be at the club located in Catherine Street. This event would be combined with an open weekend that starts on Friday and finishes on Sunday the 30th of September.
