Lichfield and Burntwood offered free counsel on new pension laws

New Pension LawsAn expert on pension plans in Lichfield has offered to provide free classes to assist businesses in the locality to handle the new laws.

The newly introduced laws would imply that all business owners would have to automatically enrol their entitled employees into a pension scheme that they would qualify for in their organisation.

The pension specialist, Mr. Gareth Reynolds whose office is located in Lichfield City Centre on Bore Street is of the firm opinion that all people running businesses should be in the know of hoe the alterations in rules can affect them.

Mr. Reynolds stated that it is quite evident that the changes in legislation would have an effect on the businesses no matter whether they are big or small, with a couple of companies not paying their share to the present employee arrangement. He added that this would be a new obligation from their side particularly at a time when business owners in the locality are already having a difficult time.

The main point of anxiety, he stated, was that some of the employers were not even aware or they have more or less ignored the impact that this would have on all the commercial enterprises.

The presentation that Mr. Gareth would be providing would be for about an hour and it would look into the impact the changes in the pension laws could have on local businesses and there would also be a discussion on the different methods to make certain that they comply completely. He said that they would also have a discussion on whether their pensions that they have in place in their present place of work are sufficient to comply with the new rules and what would be the estimated amount that the owners would have to pay on the basis of the employees they have currently.

Those who need more details or would like to book for the free sessions can email Mr. Gareth at gareth@mgsfinancial.co.uk.
