The young people will have a chance to enjoy free dance and drama next week thanks to the offer by a theatre company. But apart from enjoying the fun, they also have an opportunity to show their might for the good of the society.
It has been notified that the Chickenshed Theatre will be conducting a free summer session for the youth aged between 11 and 16 in Tottenham.
The youth can take part in rap music, acting and street dance and many more activities. The workshop is aimed at defining ‘Young people – the real story’.
Organizations want the young participants to show that they are agile, capable and that they have their own identity, their own voice and strength and that they should not be treated under the shadow of their parents, teachers etc. They can also play a part in the build up of the society just as the elders. In other words, their contribution will also be substantial which cannot be overlooked.
The workshops will be there on three days stating on Wednesday, the August 1st from 2-00 pm and ending at 4-00 pm. On the next two days it will start at 10-30 pm and last up to 4-30 pm.
