As many people as possible are being called to have their eyes tested totally free of cost and this is being conducted to look for symptoms of an ailment that can bring about blindness in a person.
Dr. Nitesh Barot who is from Kodak Lens Vison Centre, located in Cossington Street, Belgrave, in Leicester is persuading all the people he can to make a visit to the clinic for an uncomplicated eye test utilizing an ocular CT scanner. This equipment is one that can detect the beginning stages of the condition called Glaucoma which is believed to be one of the main causes for blindness in the United Kingdom.
This invitation for the free eye test was being made during the National Glaucoma Awareness Week that commences that day.
