Smokers who have taken the resolution to quit smoking and those who want to get rid of the habit will find this quit kit very helpful. West Cheshire smokers can benefit from the kit and quit smoking in 2012. A research conducted by NHS suggests that 9% North West smokers believe that smoking does not cause premature death and damage health. The shocking revelation is that in 2009 562 people dies in Western Cheshire from smoking diseases and health damages.

This quit kit will offer excellent guidance and help during the quitting process. Quit Kit is developed by experts along with current and former smokers. In the kit, detail about their local Stop Smoking Service is provided so that they can get help and support. It also helps them calculate the money saved and the health benefits.

Smokers are also provided with a tangle toy that will keep their hands busy and MP3 downloads that will help them overcome their cravings. Apart from that, motivational messages are also available. With NHS support, smokers who do not have the will power to quit can stop smoking.
