Terms and conditions for the participants of the draw
- Prize winner will be eligible for ‘to and fro Koh Samui’ economy flight tickets.
- He must adhere to the standard terms and conditions of Kuoni. In the case of any dispute or whatsoever, the decision of Kuoni will be final.
- The prize will be granted only if accommodation is available.
- The departure airport will be finalized by the holiday provider.
- The prize winner will be allowed to travel with a companion to Anantara Bophut up to 31st June 2012, subject to availability of accommodation.
- He will not be permitted to travel during Christmas and New Year vacations, School vacations, Thai New Year, Easter or at a time of any major political, religious, commercial or sports events.
- He can enjoy five nights of stay and breakfast in the glorious beach pool villa at the Ananthara Bophut Resort and Spa at Koh Samui along with the companion.
- The prize is not transferable. It cannot be en-cashed. No transaction of any sort can be done with it.
- Any purchase he makes will be at his own expense. Food expenses other than specified by the holiday provider will have to be borne by the prize winner.
- It is the responsibility of the prize winner to take care of commercial and legal formalities of all sorts. He should adhere to the norms and laws of the country. He must be aged 18 or more. He must possess valid passport and all genuine travel documents, medical certificates, permits, travel insurance such that he does not experience envisage any difficulty at the emigration counter or anywhere in Thailand.
- He will not be eligible for travel expenses from his home to the departure airport. He will have to pay any exit tax or anything like that, if any, as per the rule of his country.
- He must travel at the specified date, time, schedule and flight. No change whatsoever will be allowed. In other words, names date, nature of booking etc cannot be changed on any account.
- Only the winner can avail the holiday trip and nobody else will be permitted to substitute for him.
- The winner must be ready to involve in any sort of publicity or function pertaining to the prize distribution.
- Obviously, all the conditions for the prize winner will be applicable to his companion as well.
