Free advanced riding skills event at Dorchester

There has been a free event for advanced Motorcycle riding skills, for motocyclists to become safe riders, organized on below dates by Dorchester and West Dorset Advanced Motorcyclists (DWDAM) at Dorchester Market Café, Maumbury Road, Dorchester DT1 1QW.

Saturday – 8 June 2019 between 8.30 am to 1pm.
Saturday – 13 July 2019 between 8.30 am to 1pm.
Saturday – 10 August 2019 between 8.30 am to 1pm.
Saturday – 7 September 2019 between 8.30 am to 1pm.
 
Those who want to become safe riders, those want to get more confidence or to improve their riding skills can make use of such advanced riding skills sessions. The participants can join the organizers for breakfast at 8.30 am or for a coffee at 9 am before going for the session. Also take part in 2 hours rideout in Dorset countryside, learn and get feedback on riding skills. There will be a brief demonstration on advanced riding by the qualified Observers on the ride with your bike and have a chat with them.

The events are being supported by Dorset County Council to improve road safety. The participants have to bring Cat A2/Cat A license, a bike capable of riding to the national speed limit having V5 registration certificate, tax & insurance papers, and MOT.
