Free living well event at Stoke-on-Trent

There has been free event “Living Well” organized on Tuesdays – April 30 and May 7, 2019 at Douglas Macmillan Hospice, Barlaston Rd, Stoke-on-Trent ST3 3NZ. The two day event will be running between 10 am to 5.30 pm. It is aimed at people who suffer from cancer and their supporters.

The event has been led by Penny Brohn UK which is a cancer charity along with Douglas Macmillan Hospice. The event will explain the physical and psychological impact of cancer and speak about how proper exercise, relaxation and healthy eating will help in better health and well being in the medical treatment. The event is a part of Macmillan 5 year funded project that provides support and services to those suffered with cancer in Staffordshire.

Living Well Services Coordinator Elizabeth Bevins – Penny Brohn UK said that they feel delighted to work along with Dougie Mac to do Living Well event which will be useful to those suffered with cancer to take some control on this.
