There are many free events running this month at various locations of London that you can enjoy on this Christmas.
Free Chicken Burgers:
Other Side Fried is offering 200 free Buffalo Chicken Burgers at 21 Cranbourn Street, London, WC2H 4AA on December 21, 2018 from 12 pm. They are serving on first come first served basis. So hurry up to get your favourite burger for free.
City Model:
There has been organised a display of incredible model of central London on December 21, 2018 to know about the 1:500 scale model where everyone can get details of existing buildings & planned new developments. The display will be held at The City Centre, 80 Basinghall Street, EC2V 5AR. The free talk about the model between 12.30 pm to 1 pm.
Johnny Cash performance:
There has been free entry to the performance of Johnny Cash and their acoustic duo version of 5 piece band with greatest hits. The performance is for Christmas special at the Leyton Star, 116 High Rd Leyton, London E15 2BX between 9 pm to 1 am. Table Booking is recommended.
Hackney Flea Market:
There has been free entry to the Hackney Flea Market where the items of 30 vintage traders that include 20th century records, furniture, homewares, textiles, decors, industrial fixtures, lamps & lighting and collectables from 22nd December to 23rd December 2018 at Abney Hall, 73A Stoke Newngton Church St, N16 0AS London running between 11 am to 6 pm.
Neon Signs Displays
God’s Own Junkyard, which is a neon emporium, is having their pop up store and displaying their famous neon artworks in 4th Floor, Selfridges Oxford Street that were used in TV shows, films etc. just turn up to see the magic of neons for free till December 24, 2018.
Standford Pop Up store:
You can visit Stanfords, a travel bookshop store, is bringing their pop up store on the occasion of Christmas on the ground floor at 7 Mercer Walk, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9FA . They are selling greeting cards, gifts and decorations related with travel theme. But the full store will be opened only after new year. You can visit the store till December 24, 2018.
Women in Jazz exhibition:
There has been an exhibition on the contribution of women to jazz music over the last century and showcasing their contributions to the future generations at Level 2, Barbican Centre, Silk Street, London EC2Y 8DS. You can find there photos, journals, posters, videos and memorabilia. This is free to enter and no need to book. The exhibition has been already started and running until 31 December 2018. Female MPs portraits exhibition:
100 years ago, on 14th February 1918, women voted for the first time and first female MP was elected in the same year. To mark this celebration, there has been an exhibition of photo portraits of all 209 female MPs and that too taken by female photographers. The exhibition has been running until 14th February 2019 in Portcullis House, 1 Parliament St, Westminster, London SW1A 2JR.
