As a part of Thanks-to-you campaign, the Scottish Seabird Centre is also taking part in the campaign to say massive thank you to those people helped in raising money for good causes and allowing the visitors who are having national lottery tickets. The Seabird Centre has announced that their Discovery Centre is open to them on December 3, 4 & 5 with FREE entry.
The attraction is located at The Harbour, North Berwick EH39 4SS and open between 10 am to 4 pm. The centre is allowing those who are having a valid lottery ticket upto 2 adults and upto 4 children to their discovery centre.
So come along with your family and kids to enjoy a day out in the attraction and use interactive live cameras to enjoy watching the seabirds and marine wildlife situated in the natural location. They can also find 3D film centre in the Wildlife Theatre, winter exhibition by Marine Scotland and the kid’s zone & seal trail. The discovery centre has Camera Zones 3D Films, Wildlife Theatre, Kids’ Zone, Fish Tanks, Tidal Tank, Flyway Tunnel, Turtle and Ray Zone, Kids’ Corner and Scope Deck.
TV presenter & Dancing star Katie Piper, while launching the nation wide campaign, said that people do not know when they are buying a lottery ticket that they are going to really help for great cause in the country. The Thanks-to-you campaign is a great chance for the projects across the country to express thanks to them and for the people can come to know the local attractions that were supported by the national lottery fund and also enjoy a wonderful day out.
Interim CEO at the Scottish Seabird Centre – Nigel Ward said that the funds they received from the National Lottery helped to opening back of the centre in 2000 and they had received support for education programme & puffin festival. Supporting this campaign is a great opportunity to say thanks to them.
