Worthing Carnival
Worthing’s Carnival has been organised this year with the theme as Seaside on Sunday – August 26 and Monday – August 27, 2018 at Steyne Gardens, Worthing. The festival has been celebrated since 1921 which is one of the oldest festival in the UK. There will be free entry to the carnival and you can enjoy with 2 days of music, performances, Big top, parade, market stalls and food & drinks.
The schedule of the events are:
On August 26:
Seafront Market between 11 am to 6 pm.
Circus performance at 4 pm with £1 as entry fee
Face painting, charity stalls, craft, food stalls, bar and Live music by Ivy Arch Studios
On August 27
Seafront Market between 11 am to 6 pm.
Carnival Procession starts from Grand Avenue at 12.30 pm and reaches Steyne Gardens at 1.30 pm.
Dog Show at 2.30 pm organised by Dog Trust. You can bring your dog to take part in it.

Children’s Fun Sessions at Horsham Park
In this summer holidays, there will be free Children’s Fun Sessions at Horsham Park Podium which has been running from July 31 till August 30.
The popular toddlers’ fun sessions has come back this year also which will be running every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 2 pm to 3.15 pm. Each show lasts for 45 minutes and parents should accompany the kids. These are free sessions and there is no need for booking. The sessions will be held on Podium in Horsham Park near to The Conservatory Cafe.
There will be other activities of children’s play area in the The Pavilions’ In the Park Swimming & Leisure Park and the children’s Maze. Summer Sounds in Horsham’s Carfax
There has been free music concerts in this summer started in May and running till August 2018, which is organised by the Horsham District Council on the Carfax bandstand. The music concerts in August will take place on Saturdays – August 18 & August 25 between 11 am to 1 pm at Carfax, Horsham Town Centre. RH12 1EE.
