The Bristol International Balloon Fiesta is coming back this year from Thursday – August 9 to Sunday – August 12, 2018 at Ashton Court Estate, Long Ashton, United Kingdom.
The balloon Fiesta is the largest annual gathering of hot air balloons in the Europe attracts more than 130 hot air balloons across the world which has been celebrated for its 40 years and organised in association with Bristol Energy. Such a wonderful entertainment which could be seen only at Bristol. The fiesta is being held for four days with totally free entry and paid parking. 9th AUGUST
At 12 noon – The fiesta launches balloon tethering at the field
At 6 pm – Mass hot air balloon lift
At 9 pm – Nightglow and Firework show which features 25 balloons looks like bulbs glowing in the air with soundtrack “Bristol’s Glowing” and a fantastic firework displays.
At 10.30 pm – First day of fiesta closes
10th AUGUST
At 6 am – Second day fiesta begins and Mass hot air balloon lift
At 8 am – Competitions – Model hot air balloon
At 12 noon – Hot air balloon tethering
At 6 pm – Mass hot air balloon lift
At 8.30 – Second day fiesta closes
11th AUGUST
At 6 am – Third day Fiesta begins and mass hot air balloon lift with classic FM
At 8 am – Competitions – Model hot air balloon
From 12 noon to 5.30 pm – Arena entertainment
At 6 pm – Mass hot air balloon lift
At 9 pm – Nightglow and Firework finale
At 10.30 pm – Third day of fiesta closes
12th AUGUST
At 6 am – Final day Fiesta begins and mass hot air balloon lift with classic FM
At 8 am – Competitions – Model hot air balloon
From 12 noon to 5.30 pm – Arena entertainment
At 6 pm – Mass hot air balloon lift
At 8.30 pm – Last day of fiesta closes
The amazing part of the fiesta is Nightglow and Firework Finales which feature the wonderful show of glowing hot air balloons in the night sky dancing to the specially made soundtrack and ending up with firework displays.
