National Fisheries & Angling Manager for the Canal & River Trust – John Ellis said that fishing at the local canal or river is a wonderful chance of making the mind free of stress and keep away from other regular things of life. It is a good exercise because fishing activity will burn 500 calories in one morning. Lets Fish events are great opportunities for the local residents to get relaxed, learn a new thing and spend time with family and friends. The nature’s greenish trees and blue waters will help the people to improve their wellbeing. Fishing in the environment will for sure make them to be in touch with nature always.
