A Free Event on Producer responsibility to meet various compliance schemes across Europe is being organised by Valpak on Thursday – 21st June 2018. The session is scheduled between 10 am to 4 pm at ETC Marble Arch, London. Valpak is an organisation providing services of environmental solutions to businesses such as waste management and other environmental compliance requirements under various legislations.
Producer responsibility legislation was brought to ensure businesses which are engaged in manufacturing, import and selling products, to be responsible for the environmental impact on end of life of their products. So it is an important obligation for the producers to have knowledge on this topic to comply with these regulations.
The free event is organised to focus on companies who are doing imports, selling products in the UK or having current overseas operations or planning in future through online or retail stores. The participants will be detailed about the present producer responsibility legislations, producer obligations and future upcoming changes in compliance schemes and regulations by compliance organisations from the UK and European legislative areas.
