The Royal Holloway University of London is hosting a free-to-attend workshop at the Sorts Centre, about Rugby Turf, on the 8th of February this year. The workshop will have discussions and insightful presentations on all aspects of designing an rugby turf facility and on constructing the artificial turf and then operating it.
An expert panel will be delivering the workshop. It includes acknowledged experts, with FieldTurf and World Rugby. It also has the Director of Sport, Billy Davidson, at Shrewsbury House (Prep) School, who is a former Harlequins and Saracens lock.
The free session gives an opportunity to view the exceptional Rugby Turf pitch of RHUL, certified by World Rugby Regulation 22, including a free buffet lunch. For more details on the free workshop and to book a place, go to the site – sandcslatter.com/new/rugby-turf-workshop-invitation/.
