AdventureX is coming back to Goldsmiths University in New Cross, South East London, at the Professor Stuart Hall Building, for 2 days, on its 7th edition. The only narrative games convention of UK will have talks and panels focused on story driven titles, on 11th and 12 November, a Saturday and Sunday.
The themes this year include Non verbal Narrative Design, Successful Narrative-Driven Games, The Politics of Worldbuilding and more. On the Saturday, there will also be a panel on the Art of Gaming Acting. Since 2011, the convention has been bringing together gamers and developers. It is a celebration of geek culture, indie development and creativity.
AdventureX is a free event to attend, not ticketed and with no registration. However, the event is popular, so the organisers advise attendees to come early, as the venue get filled up fast from 10:00am. More information on their website – adventurexpo.org.
