The Rotherham Show returns next month, for a 38th time, to run from 10am to 5:30pm, on 9th and 10th September, at the Clifton Park, in this metropolitan borough of South Yorkshire. The show is one of the largest free events hosting live music, activities, entertainment, exhibitors and stalls. Two bands will be performing live in the Clifton Park, at the Rockin’ in the Park concert, on the night before the show on Friday. Other attractions include a dog show, a vintage vehicle rally, a horticultural show and the competition for Yorkshire’s Strongest Man.
Cabinet member for neighbourhoods and cultural services of Rotherham Borough Council, Councillor Taiba Yaseen, said they welcome everyone to the two days of fun and entertainment at the 38th Rotherham Show, in the beautiful Clifton Park throughout the weekend. The new Pop-Up Vintage Fair at the Bandstand area of the park, which has an eclectic mix of vintage entertainment and stalls over the weekend, is also new for the 2017 free event, the councillor added.
