Cheltenham Science Festival announces over 50 free events for all ages

The Cheltenham Science Festival returns, promising to the better than ever, this June with more than 50 free events as part of the science festival, suitable for all ages. The packed programme of the festival for the free… around town events promises hours of fun for all ages, including hands-on activities and performances. The events will take place on 10th June (Saturday) and 11th June (Sunday).

The experienced craftspeople and engineers have intriguing activities to awe people, boasting something for everyone here. The… around the town line-up encourages people to question everything and the line-up features the Maker Shack where curious visitors can code a robot off to space, pop-up science performances and the Mosquito Buzz. Highlights include a bar crawl, the free Sci Crawl that starts at 5pm from the Promenade at Wterstones, and will include storytelling, some cocktail chemistry and even a VR trip to Mars.
