The annual search to find Britain’s biggest hitter off the tee has been launched nationwide. Local golfers will get the chance to show their hitting power, as the 2017 American Golf Long Drive Championship is holding qualifying rounds from 17th to 20th February, via very American Golf store, offering free entry to all interested participants.

The search is for the men or women who can hit or drive a golf ball the greatest distance in the country. The event is in its third year and attracts thousands of participants who haven’t competed before in such an event. The competition is divided into 3 categories – Ladies, Under 45 and Over 45.
