January 16th, 2017 by Sandy

Here is the opportunity for anyone looking for a break in the West End or Broadway. A totally free workshop is being offered on 21st January (Saturday), at the Theatre Royal (Hope Street, Cowcaddens) in Glasgow. The workshop from 11am, is being offered by Emil Dale College, the prestigious North London based musical theatre company. Aspirants in Glasgow who are budding actors or actresses, can join the training workshop being taught by top professionals of the industry, including the likes of Amy Ross.

Aspirants eager for a career in stage can gain valuable experience, as they are being offered a range of techniques, plus working with talented professionals like choreographers, stars from West End musicals and dance workshops. If you impress the talent scouts, you can get a private audition and that may land you space in the academy. Participants should be aged between 16 and 23, having the ability to sing, dance and act. They may come on the day carrying a musical theatre song with sheet music. For more information on how to join the free workshop, visit the web-page at www.emildale.co.uk/eda/.
