Improve map reading skills on free adventure treasure hunt

Wildlife Watch is organising a free adventure day at the Dale village (Pembrokeshire) with a treasure hunt around the village on 14th January (Saturday). The private treasure hunt offer the chance to participants to to track down the treasure by learning map-reading skills and to navigate also using a compass.

Field-studies staff of the council run the Wildlife Watch group, belonging to the Dale Fort Field-Centre. It’s a junior section of the Wildlife Trust. The event offers a safe and exciting way to explore wildlife and the beautiful natural environment. The group usually meets on the second Saturday of the month, between 10am and noon, at the centre. The Field Studies Council also runs the Pembroke Watch Group at Orielton Field-Centre and meets between 2pm and 4pm, on the last Saturday in a month.
