Free taster exhibition of Norfolk and Norwich Open Studio

The Norfolk and Norwich Open Studios is a county-wide art event, held annually. The organisers will give art fans a taster of their 22nd year event this month at a city centre based exhibition, ahead of the event. Work of over 150 artists will be held from 12th to 17th April, at The Forum, in Norwich. A school taster exhibition will also be held alongside, from 12th to 22nd April, at Norfolk and Norwich Millennium Library.
Besides the main taster exhibition being held at The Forum, various other places around the county will also hold taster exhibitions. They include a taster exhibition in Corpusty, at The Old Workshop Gallery (1 May to 12 June0, another in Grimston, at Norfolk Creative Arts Centre (7 May), one in Dereham, at The Little Gallery (9 May to 15 May), another in South Walsham, at St. Lawrence Centre (13 May to 15 May), one again at Galleries, Great Yarmouth Library (23 May to 26 May) and one in Raveningham, at Ravenous Cafe (28 May to 12 June).
This year’s Norwich and Norfolk Open Studios (NNOS) is expected to feature 460 artists exhibiting their work at 255 venues, with 16 schools participating and 22 art trails also. NOOS is being organised this year with the association of Wex Photographic and will be running from 28 May to 12 June on its 22nd year. The free taster sessions are just a precursor to a great art event.
