A new arts quiz show devised by comedian Frank Skinner, that will be screened by BBC, will be held on 5th April (Tuesday), at the Tabard Theatre, Chiswick, in London. The new show named ‘Is It Art’, devised by the veteran comedian, was commissioned by the BBC’s controller of TV channels and iPlayer, Charlotte Moore.
The new show will see Frank Skinner quizzing well known faces from the arts and comics, on the various facets of visual arts, music and literature and much more. The popular stand-up comedian who is an opera buff, holds an MA in English Literature and is also a singer, radio-host and television presenter. Skinner also hosts for Sky Arts, with Joan Bakewell, Artist of the Year and Landscape Artist. He has been a champion for the so-called ‘high arts’, for long now.
