A free workshop exploring inhabiting resilience will be held on 7th March (Monday), at Hazel Hill Wood, which is near Salisbury in Wiltshire, hosted by Wisdom Tree, the charity. The one-day workshop is conducted by well-being teacher, Chris Johnstone, the author of Find Your Power and Active Hope.
The workshop will be focusing on Community Building tools that strengthen networks of support. It will work on Narrative Tools to strengthen feelings of purpose and commitment.
